Order Processing

Eligible domestic orders received before 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time are processed the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff are processed the following business day. Processing is subject to payment verification, stock availability, and order review.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers selected at the time of checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard (Ground): 3–7 business days
• Express (Overnight / 2-Day): 1–2 business days
• Availability: Domestic United States shipping only

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their chemical nature, regulatory classification, or destination country laws. Hazardous materials requiring special handling will be shipped in compliance with applicable regulations, which may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping is a flat $15. Orders over $200 receive free domestic shipping. KAM Research does not currently ship internationally.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package appears damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly at orders@[domain]. Any claims for damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
