Restricted Use Policy

1. Research Use Only

For Research Use Only. Not for human or animal administration. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Sold for laboratory research purposes only.

All products sold by KAM Research Solutions LLC (“KAM Research”) are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research purposes. Our products are not approved, cleared, or licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for use in diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications. They are not designed, manufactured, labeled, or tested for such uses.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of KAM Research products are strictly prohibited:

• Human consumption, injection, inhalation, or topical application of any kind.
• Administration to animals of any kind, including livestock, companion animals, or laboratory animals.
• Use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition in humans or animals.
• Use as a dietary supplement, food additive, cosmetic ingredient, or component of any consumer product.
• Resale, redistribution, or transfer to any party who has not agreed to these restrictions.
• Use in connection with athletic performance enhancement or any activity prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) or similar governing bodies.

3. Qualified Purchasers

By purchasing from KAM Research, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a qualified laboratory professional, researcher, or authorized representative of a research institution purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes.
• You have the appropriate facilities, equipment, training, and institutional approvals to safely handle, store, and use research materials.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the possession, use, and disposal of research materials in your jurisdiction.
• You will inform all end users and laboratory personnel of these restrictions and ensure their compliance.

4. Customer Verification

KAM Research limits access to verified research purchasers. Applications are evaluated against our Research Access requirements and may require additional review. KAM Research may request additional information where necessary to verify eligibility. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
• Decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
• Suspend or terminate account access for violation of this policy.
• Report suspected violations to appropriate regulatory authorities.

5. Export and Trade Compliance

Certain products may be subject to export controls under U.S. law, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Customers are responsible for determining whether any export license or other authorization is required and for obtaining such authorization prior to export. Products may not be exported to countries, entities, or individuals subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes.

6. Non-Compliance

Any use of KAM Research products in violation of this policy is at the customer’s sole risk and liability. In the event of a violation, KAM Research reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate the customer relationship.
• Report the violation to regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

KAM Research disclaims all liability arising from unauthorized or prohibited use of its products. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KAM Research from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the customer’s violation of this policy.
