Orders may be modified or cancelled within one hour of placement. After that window, orders enter processing and can no longer be changed. If you need to make changes, contact support right away.

Orders are evaluated against our Research Access requirements and Restricted Use Policy to ensure products are being purchased for legitimate research purposes by verified research purchasers. KAM Research may request additional information where necessary to verify eligibility.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. FedEx 2-Day orders arrive in approximately 2 business days, and overnight delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

FedEx 2-Day shipping is $15 for domestic orders under $200. Orders of $200 or more receive free FedEx 2-Day shipping unless a separate promotion states otherwise. Overnight delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. All shipments include tracking and secure packaging.

All products are packed in multiple layers of protective packaging to help ensure integrity during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at ambient temperatures during shipping. Each vial is sealed under controlled conditions and labeled with lot number and product identification.

Purity specifications and measured results vary by lot. Analytical information is lot specific — review the current Certificate of Analysis for the testing methods, laboratory, reported purity, identity results, and other analytical information applicable to that lot.

Product-specific storage and handling information should be based on the applicable lot documentation, analytical data, and the purchaser's validated laboratory procedures. Protect from light and follow your institutional laboratory safety guidelines.

Each product includes a lot-specific expiration or retest date. Refer to the applicable lot documentation and Certificate of Analysis for the specific storage conditions and retest date for your lot.

Analytical testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories. Review each Certificate of Analysis for the testing methods, laboratory, and results applicable to that lot. Test results are published on each product page as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) tied to specific lot numbers.

COAs are available on each product page for released lots. You can also look up COA reports by lot number on our COA Reports page. Each COA includes purity data, analytical results, lab information, and a downloadable PDF with the full HPLC trace and mass spectrum.

Yes. Published COAs link to the full dataset, including HPLC chromatograms and mass spectra where available. Lot-specific documentation is made available to verified research customers.

Any batch that does not meet our release specifications is quarantined and destroyed. We never downgrade, re-sell, or rebrand non-conforming material. If a lot does not have a Certificate of Analysis published on its product page, it cannot ship.
