Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
• The incorrect product or quantity was shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
• The product arrived in a condition unsuitable for research use (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise handled after receipt.
• Custom-synthesized or made-to-order products.
• Products returned beyond the 48-hour reporting window.
• Hazardous materials requiring special disposal.

Refunds and Credits

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at KAM Research’s discretion. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@[domain] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number if applicable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
